We’re no stranger to infographics. They’re seemingly everywhere and that’s for a big reason: they’re easy to understand and fun to use. EduDemic is all about making learning fun and that’s just what infographics do. A relatively recent phenomenon, inforgraphics are turning into a popular avenue for statisticians and artists (an odd mix to be sure) to join forces and come up with some great content for the web.
Infographics In School
Would infographics help students learn in the classroom? The Internet is a far cry from what the classroom is like.
Or is it? Students might actually be able to learn at an accelerated rate if the pertinent facts were boiled down into easy-to-digest snippets. While this would certainly not take the place of lessons and long-term learning, infographics might do a good job at helping students understand the basic points about a lesson. What do you think?
