How The Internet Changed Between 1996 and 2011

Have you browsed the web using Netscape Navigator? Do you remember Geocities? What about Altavista? Dialing into the nearest AOL (back then it was all upper case) network?

A lot has changed. Mostly for the best.  Schools have really benefited from a more connected planet. As has almost everyone with an Internet connection.Lucky for us, the animated gifs of the past have seemed to somewhat die out and have been replaced with Facebook ‘like’ buttons and other social media sharing tools. Hey, I’ll take it.
