  • Text books on tablets.. Same garbage, different packaging…

      Not really. We now have the ability to create our own text and images, use existing, or have students create them, maximized by the power to annotate them with any number of apps, have them translated into native languages, have words defined with a click, or take oral notations while reading. Much better package.

  • The iPad Mini should bring in more people to the Digital classroom and Digital textbooks.
    For social media platforms, I use Edmodo.

  • Interesting conversation starter here. I would love to see the infographic split for elementary and high schools. In boards where PD has been focused on Primary/Junior classrooms, I suspect current high school adaptation would be a dramatically different picture. Do you agree?
