Today you are you, that is truer than true. There is no one alive who is youer than you. These wise words may seem silly and whimsical and, well, they are. But there’s an important message that all teachers, students, parents, and other Edudemic readers should understand about this phrase from Dr. Seuss. It’s about originality and personalized learning and being true to yourself and … you get the idea.

Dr. Seuss books are fun to look at but the words within the book are sometimes overlooked as students race through the book, soaking up all the colorful imagery and rhymes.
