We’re huge fans of Evernote. Featured it in Edudemic Magazine, chatted with the folks who built it, and even bought the fun little notebook that lets you snap photos of your pages and automagically turn them into digital text.

The above video by Nicole Gleason shows one student explaining the benefits of Evernote, how she’s using it to improve fluency, language learning, keeping track of her studies, and leveraging all the iPad and Evernote have to offer.
