Was it really that long ago when you had to stand up and walk across the room to rewind our VHS tapes to re-watch a favorite scene or catch a softly spoken line that you missed? DVDs seemed like such a huge step up from that world of the early 80's, but there have been lots of tweaks to digital video that have vastly improved what we see.
