While this is not meant to be a discussion on standardized testing, it's obvious that the ability to memorize could come in handy. Think you could get into Harvard if you applied today? What if you applied back in 1869? I'm guessing it would have been quite a bit harder since you'd have to be able to show some pretty interesting knowledge. There's a big focus on Latin and Greek and not as much on your SAT scores. So get ready to try and get into Harvard like it's 1869!
